Italy is home to a tradition of charcuterie of the highest quality, a temptation for anyone. We source individually our producers, mostly artisanal, that take maximise their products by caring for their animals with a high quality diet and looking after their general wellbeing.. We prefer that the salumi are cured naturally using all the time that is necessary and if possible without the use of sodium nitrates and nitrites. And for the palate and the stomach this changes everything.

We offer you the tasting of our charcuterie with our pickled vegetables made freshly several times a week.
